Milan Men’s Fashion Week Day 1

MFW_DAY1_2

Hi Guys,

Here is my post from Milan fashion week. I thought Pitti was already packed with photographers however this was before I went to Milan. Here it was craziness all over the place, everywhere you went there were people taking pictures and at the entrances of the big shows there were lines of photographers, this was my first time, I felt somewhat like a celebrity. pretty exciting though.

Since it was my first time at a fashion week it was all quite new for me, I didn’t have a lot of invites for the big players. Nevertheless I was invited for the Corneliani show, also the reason why I was there that day. The Spring/Summer collection of this brand showed nice silhouettes, shades of navy, pale pink and nudes. Italian tailoring is their trademark and they kept everything in balance with high class elegance.

They rest off that day I just hopped around in Milan enjoyed the excitement off the fashion week with all its glitter and glamour. To show the people I’ve got some style to I was wearing a suit by Fillipa K combined with a shirt of IKKS and my new favourite dressed shoes by Floris Van Bommel, see links below to shop the look. Before closing this post have look at the cut of my ankle pants and the crocodile fabric my shoes. Straight from the runway right?

It was such a great a experience, I felt really sorry I couldn’t attend any more shows and had to go home again. However, no worries, next season I will be back, and this time for the whole week and with more invites! Beware Giorgio and Donatella 😉
