Here is my look from the third day of Milan Fashion Week Menswear.
I was wearing a burgundy velvet jacket with tropical flower embroideries and paired this up with navy trousers and a white printed summer shirt. To implement some Italian elegance in this look I completed it with a new pair of Fratelli Rosetti loafers. I believe they bring the perfect balance to this elegant yet eye-catching look.
Traditionally the third day of MFW started with the Diesel Black Gold show. Diesel is one of my favorite brands because of its youthful and modern collections, which are easy to translate to the streets. This season I was pleasantly surprised by their new collection. Diesel brought lots of modern cuts with longer and/or wider trousers. Very striking was the brightness of the collection; main colors were white, pink and beige. Andreas Melbostad brought back some classics everyone should have in their wardrobe and gave these pieces a typical Diesel Black Gold makeover. Finally the collection had a great nineties vibe. In this article you will find a selection of my favorite looks from the show, if you want to see all the looks click right here.
Unfortunately I missed the presentation of Fratelli Rosetti, I finished the day with the Dirk Bikkembergs show. It was my final day of MFW and I was very satisfied and inspired by every experience. However I was also exhausted and relieved my holiday was near.
