My Formal Holiday Look!

1

Dear readers,

It’s that time of the year again, Christmas eve! How I love this day, it is both stressful and joyful. On the one hand everyone is rushing to get the last presents for your dearest or someone else has to rush to the store to get the last groceries for that big fat Christmas dinner. All this rush we force ourselves to until the evening falls upon us and we welcome all of our family and friends. And although it is quite cheesy, for instance, the topics at the table are always the same (very old embarrassing stories), my uncle always gets a bit too loud when he has drunk a little too much wine, and my nephews and nieces are always demanding to come and play with them all the time, I just love this day. It is my favorite holiday of the year and I can’t wait for all the guests to arrive this evening.

The outfit I’m wearing in the pictures is not the same outfit I will be wearing this evening, I believe it is a bit too formal for a family dinner at home; I would rather wear it when I would go to a restaurant or a Christmas reception. Furthermore it is very traditional just like Christmas. A navy blue suits with a striped tie and a tie bar I got from my grandfather. It doesn’t get any more traditional than this right?

Now, enough talking, time to get ready and rush to my parents home! Enjoy my friends!

Cheers!
