With spring weather rolling in across Europe. We have gathered some of our favorite spring getaway cities. Each one is great for a quick weekend or long weekend getaway and has something unique to offer but can be conquered in just a few days. Let us know what your favorite destinations for spring are!

Florence, Italy

A classic European city with plenty of tourist attraction while still keeping a high level of charm and if you avoid the heavily tourist areas can be a unique enriching experience. Hangout by the river to isolate from the tourist and take in the city or climb up to Piazzale Michelangelo for an excellent view of the city, perfect to get a picture. For a night out start at Locale Firenze, a bar that combines all the historical aesthetics of the city with a modern twist, a great place to slow down for a drink and catch up.

 

Porto, Portugal

A low-key but so trendy city that is a unique blend of seaside charm, amazing food, culture and night life. The quaint cobblestone lined streets are home to numerous artisanal and concept stores. You can’t miss Museu Serravles, a contemporary art space with exquisite architecture. It is the perfect place to get some amazing pictures especially at Casa de Serravles, located on the grounds of the museum. Porto provides a boundless escape from a busy lifestyle combined with a forwarding thinking modern vibe, it really is a hidden gem of Europe and is different than other European city.

Prague, Czech Republic

Charm and sophistication, Prague is a relaxing getaway in the heart of Europe. Take a stroll through the winding roads of the Old Town district finishing off the day at the river front. If you want something a little bit trendier go to the Karlin district, after being devasted by flooding this area has been rebuilt as a new culture and lifestyle hub of Prague. Something not to miss is Eska for brunch or dinner, a restaurant housed in a converted warehouse it combines a minimalist aesthetic with nature and Scandinavian influenced food.

Budapest, Hungary

A hidden gem in Central Europe, an exquisite fusion of hundreds year of history with forwarding thinking lifestyle. From restaurants, nightlife, and history you get the experience you are looking for, explore the trendy Jewish district or head to the thermal baths for a relaxing day. Even if you have been before it is a new experience each time as you explore more of the city.
