City Lines

Matthias Geerts

Hi Guys,

As you know I live in Antwerp Belgium.
Since I live there I know the city quite well and when I go shooting my outfits I always try to
find some other nice spots in the city. Sometimes it can be really hard because I always
believe I’ve seen everything in my city, however when I search for new locations Antwerp it
always seems to surprise me how many nice areas there are in Antwerp.
For example, these pictures were taken at the Draakplaats
(literary translated as the dragons spot) in Zurenborg.
Tis area in the southeast part of Antwerp features a high concentration of townhouses in Art
Nouveau style and other late century styles. These Art-Nouveau townhouses make this
location unique in Antwerp and perfect for a street style fashion shoot.

I’m wearing a very comfortable outfit in this set with main focus on the cardigan, which is by
Scotch & Soda. I’m wearing my cardigan over a checkered shirt.
But it can also be worn inside suit jackets or vest that restrains the necktie when the jacket is
removed. Its versatility means it can be worn in casual or formal setting and in any season
and that is what I love about cardigans! So its up to you how you wear it!
