Coachella 2019: Everything You Need To Know

Chidozie Obasi

Every year, the Summer season approaches rather early in the American landscape, where a multiplicity of festivals take place in full swing! Coachella, an annual music festival held over two weekends and taking place in Palm Springs, California, is unquestionably an event which won’t escape your diaries, or social media feeds (dear digital friends, I bet you must all be tremendously fed up of seeing the millions make-up or hair tutorials of bloggers whilst scrolling through your feed, and you’ll probably also be exhausted of coming across countless festival attires inspiration).

Yep, this year’s line-up indisputably is (sorry for being too explicit right now) a musician’s wet desire, as the festival holds some of the biggest recording artists from across the world, including Ariana Grande, the 1975, Solange, Childish Gambino and many more (I better stop before your excitement gets out of hand).

On the other hand, no matter the party glamour and the perfect “golden-hour selfie” spot near the seaside, this time of the fashion calendar remains one of tightest yet hustling ones for brands and stylists too, both needing to engage on a mission of having to create custom-made attires for celebrities, with the imminent Met Gala its arrival soon (and those gowns aren’t a small thing to accomplish neither, as our celebrities’ taste can be utterly demanding).

That said, I’m definitely a little sad as it’s a #NOCHELLA for me this year. How I would have adored watching a live performance of my all-time beloved Solange Knowles, who will be most likely singing her latest released stuff -jealous mode, ON!

Enough moaning though, let’s get into the real business: why not check out the gallery below and thrive some Spring inspiration? Mattgstyle has decided to pick out some of the looks of the ever so radiant attendees!
