And that’s another triumph for Mademoiselle Gigi Hadid, the supermodel who has recently graced the latest Burberry campaign, wearing the first ever monogram collection designed by the Chief Creative Director, Riccardo Tisci.

The monogram, pioneered by Peter Saville, was first noticed in the lead-in to Riccardo’s Autumn/Winter 19 show back in February. The intertwining initials celebrate Thomas Burberry, the iconic brand’s founder, in timeless “Burberryesque” shades of delicate beige and browns. On an additional note, the campaign epitomises four of the models from the Autumn/Winter19 show, where Gigi Hadid depicts the characters that constitute the contemporary Burberry audience: a boy, a gentleman, a girl and a lady.
