Heads up for Harmony Korine, American film director shooting the Pre-Fall 19 collection located in the ancient yet spectacular landscapes of Ercolano and Pompei, in southern Italy.

The collection’s lookbook is based on tourists at the ruins, wearing Gucci’s iconic ensembles featuring hefty patterns and gigantic accessory pieces. The lookbook is also enriched by Korine’s craft. His illustrative work is featured throughout the book. In fact, if five different spines are placed one next to the other, they fashion a full illustration by the artist.

“Gucci by Harmony Korine” is scheduled to be released at the beginning of June via IDEA Books. It’ll also be available for acquisition at the Gucci Garden in Florence and the Gucci Wooster bookstore in New York.
