Raf Simons On Fronting AW19 Collection In Latest Campaign Imagery
Belgian label Raf Simons has recently launched the campaign imagery for his Autumn/Winter 2019 collection, first revealed at Paris Fashion Week back in January. The new campaign, shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo, juxtaposes hushed grey photographs with beaming looks captured indoors. Simons’ AW19 apparel featured statement outerwear ensembles, which is also comprised glaringly in the collection, as well as wacky headpieces in reference to Blue Velvet, the 1986 film by David Lynch. Floor-length coats symbolise a further core, served in tones of burgundy and dark blue, decked by flowery motifs and sartorial notions that evoke nature.
