Celebrating its 30th anniversary this season is Pitti, the menswear Fashion trade based in the mind-blowing city of Florence.

The event has proclaimed to host an exhibition called “1989-2019: Thirty Years of Men’s Fashion”, which features approximately 150 designers – or perhaps, more!

Amongst the hot list of confirmed participants, we find label guests such as Raf Simons, Maison Margiela, Yohji Yamamoto just to mention a few.

Carefully crafted by the eye of Olivier Saillard, notable art and fashion historian, this season’s urge of portraying fine tradition is key and – undoubtedly – the above mentioned Maisons will surely teach us how it’s done, through their incomparable perception for details.

Post-exhibition, some of the pieces will be donated by the brands to be incorporated in Pitti’s permanent collection in-house.
