Wood Wood And Ellesse Join Forces To Create A Refreshing Take On Apparel For AW19

After nearly a decade, Wood Wood and Ellesse have come together to create a slick capsule for AW19. Melding each brand’s legacy and attitude, the collection encompasses a minimalist array of pieces, wearable by men and women, booming from the slopes of the Italian Alps. Blending Wood Wood’s Scandinavian street style and Ellesse’s Italian sportswear appeal, the cross-collaboration gives birth to a far-from-stodgy range.

Clothing embody a contemporary take on skiing, showcasing pieces built from the slopes and après-ski. The collection features techy, monotoned pieces, produced with premium fabrics with cool, minty tones, and random colour-pops flourishing throughout the collection. A linear signature for Ellesse is also assimilated all over, reflecting Wood Wood’s minimalism, and introducing a fresh twist on Ellesse’s aesthetic.

Signature staples from the collection comprise flared neoprene skiing pants, cropped boxy polyester rip stop jackets, and nylon-constructed fleeces. Elsewhere footwear counts in Wood Wood’s latest update on one of Ellesse’s archetypal silhouettes, known as the Piazza.
