World Gin Day Ft. Bombay

Matthias Geerts

Hey Guys,

Another article in the “Food and Drinks” experience. I’m trying to upload more but it is and will remain a fashion blog of course, and because of the many projects we have, it’s pretty hard to keep up!
Anyway because of the World Gin Day I thought it would be nice to share one of my all time favorite Gin Cocktails.

My favorite cocktail with Gin is a real classic. See the ingredients and let me know
what your thoughts are.

– 4 to 6 Ice Cubes
– 5 cl Bombay Gin (Star of Bombay)
– 15 cl Fever Tree Indian tonic water
– Couple leaves of Sage
– Blueberries
– Black Pepper

Place the ice cubes in an original Bombay Glass. Add the Bombay gin, then the tonic water, then the blueberries. Garnish with leaves of sage and black pepper, serve immediately.

Tip: To make the ice cubes, simply fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water, and let the cubes freeze. It takes just a few hours. Covered well, the cubes will remain fresh-tasting in the freezer for at least a few weeks.

Thanks for reading,
